CUSTOM ORDER FORM - APRON

Use this form to order your very own unique, custom-made apron! If you want another type of custom clothing or housewares please
return to the Custom Order page, as each product has it's own order form. Once you submit this form we will review it and respond
by email or phone as soon as possible. We will give you an approximate order total, including shipping, and approximate time to
create it. You should expect some amount of personal communication as it is nearly impossible to create your personalized item
just from the information provided here...and we want to meet you before we start on it, too!

There are some important things for you to do first, before you start in on this process:
1 - Visit the Product Styles Pages and familiarize yourself with the available Apron styles.
2 - Visit the Fabrics Page to see our available fabrics. If you just want to pick some basic colors for your apron keep it simple;
    "light green" or "sky blue" are easily understood, "dark lemon chiffon yellow" will leave us shaking our heads! If you have a theme
    in mind such as butterflies, veggies or one of Lisa's original steal-your-dresses, we will do our best to accommodate you. You may
    always supply your own fabric, or purchase fabric and have it shipped to us.
3 - Get a friend to help you Measure Yourself. Enter your measurements to the nearest inch.

All aprons are made with a Style 2 top. They come with a petticoat (skirt) to wear underneath, in your choice of white, cream or a
coordinating calico print.
Aprons have a base price of $40 plus the cost of the apron style you choose. Total price ranges from $75 to $140. This does not include
extra costs for options such as pockets, appliques, etc.
